How we size and set it
Three things, not eight
We print a lot of windshield banners. The ones that work say three things, not eight: the year, the model and one line of facts, with open glass around them.
How tall the letters need to be: Letters sized for the drive aisle.

Questions
About windshield banners
How big is a windshield banner?
The flyouts we print run from about 18 × 7 inches to about 38 × 7 inches; ovals about 20 × 7 to 23 × 9; upper triangles about 12 to 14 inches a side.
Does a banner block the driver’s view?
No. Everything on the windshield sits on the passenger side: banners along the top edge from the passenger A-pillar, complements in the lower passenger corner above the wipers.
